MRS. ROSA V. GOUDY - October 12, 1978
Mrs. Rosa V. Goudy, 69, of Rt. 2, Ripley, died on Friday, October 6, 1978, at the
Tippah County Hospital.
Mrs. Goudy was a housewife and a Methodist.
Services were held on Saturday, October 7, at 3 p.m. in the Ripley Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Tippah Memorial Gardens. Elder Hassel Wallis was the officiating minister with Bro. Steve DeVore assisting.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford Goudy of Ripley; two sons, James Goudy of Ripley and Forres Goudy of Clearwater, fla.; one brother, Rev. Dewey Wallis, Booneville, Ms.; two sisters, Mrs. Emily Green of Booneville and Mrs. Virginia Anderson of Baldwyn; and 2 grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Olin Saylors, Van Saylors, Thomas Lampkins, Bobby Shan Shelton, Butch Tapp, and Johnny Tate.
